Dougie Atkinson leads on Voice Section of Community for Scotland. 

Dougie handles the policy and political aspects of the union’s work as well as supporting members in the Education and Early Years sector in Scotland. He represents the union on various bodies and Government workstreams. A former Scottish Government senior official, he is also a member of the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers (SNCT).  Outside of work Dougie is a keen cyclist and a regular visitor to Munich and Manchester where his twin daughters live and work.
